The Programme!

So, what will we do this year during the Wiki Week ?

We will welcome all our participants on Sunday 9th in Rennes. The week will start with a visit of the eco-citizen farm, the Pachamama, on Monday. It will allow us to start debating about development, solidarity and non-formal education with Dushan Milojevic, a great expert of global education who comes from Serbia. We will end the day by an official little welcome reception.

On Tuesday, two committed French artists, Damien Roudeau and Rash Brax will explain us how they use their talent to serve their purposes. At the end of the day, the participants will be divided into 4 groups, each group spending the next three days creating  a specific global education tool :

– The video workshop will be led by Susan Clarke and Behjat from B-Arts, a company coming from the UK and who works creatively for change!

– The drawing workshop will be led by Damien Roudeau:

– The graphism workshop will be led by Sophady Sok, a graphic designer from Rennes:

– The role-playing workshop will be led by Pauline Wetzel from the association Kurioz whose mission is to incite commitment and global citizenship:

On Saturday, we will meet young people from Rennes who are about to live an international voluntary work this summer. We will present them the tools created during the week and we will have a discussion. We will also enjoy this day to enhance the skills acquired during the week by the participants. Saturday night will be the closing party and we’ll have to say good bye to our wonderful Wiki Weekers the following day!

We will also enjoy the evenings to share diner together and discover the beautiful city of Rennes, don’t worry!
